This is, after all, the main reason why, despite all the calls and challenges of the market, we only participate in the construction of those buildings that we ourselves have designed.

LAZAROS PETSKOS

What do you do? See possibilities regarding all alternative technical and economic solutions. Connect with clients and suppliers. Decide on the big picture. Shape spaces and the facades of buildings. Compose and construct to put all of the above into practice.

Street cred: Dipl. Civil Engineer AUTh. He tries to find time to be present at major international exhibitions and forums on construction and architecture. Always combining it with a glass of red wine. Or more, especially when in Italy.

LEFTERIS SARANTIS

What do you do? Participate in the design and implementation of projects (mainly metal structures for industrial use), balancing the architectural requirements of form and functionality with the economy and the frameworks of science, regulations and buildability. The above are combined in parallel with the -organized in semester cycles- teaching of structural engineering courses to civil engineering students – more than 2500 students since 1985.

Street cred: Dipl. Civil Engineer AUTh 1983. In addition to his science, he studies and analyzes modern history. Lover of music & especially of Greek music – master of the six-string bouzouki.

KATERINA CHATZOPOULOU

What do you do? Shape spaces. Interior designer. Translate 2D drawings into 3D plans. Εxpert on building rendering, visualization and 3D animation.

Street cred: Dipl. Architect Engineer AUTh. When she does not create on her PC screen, she does so on her home kitchen counter.

GIORGOS GIANNOULIS

What do you do? Topographic surveys. Choice of site and transfer of the project from the office to the construction site, struggling each time to maintain the certainty that the coordinates were implemented absolutely correctly.

LAMPIS KAPPIA

What do you do? Construction site organization and arrangement of technical details on the project. Coordination of technical staff and management of materials and tools. Supervision regarding the correct implementation of the construction plans and the personnel safety measures.

GIANNIS SARRIDIMITRIOU

Street cred: Civil Engineer ATEITh. From a young age he has dealt with all kinds of DIY projects “as his grandfather taught him”. He had always dreamed of becoming an engineer and finally he succeeded.

AFRODITE FOTIADOU

What do you do? Address all issues related to the implementation of the legislation for the insurance of the technical staff and the safety of the employees of our projects. Provide specialized advice to our clients’ accounting offices even after the completion of the construction work for taxation issues related to the construction.
